Goodness, there was a lot of amazing food this month! And while I haven’t finished posting about everything I consumed, I don’t think there will be a lot of surprises here. In no particular order:
- Wagyu billtong from The Test Kitchen
- Hand chopped beef tartare from The Restaurant
- Drumlets from PLAY (seriously, lick your fingers and don’t share the rest of the plate when this dish comes out)
There were, of course, plenty of other memorable plates, but the above were the most enjoyable. I’m not sure yet what exactly April has in store… I’ll be dining at Emirates Palace on Monday night and trying 2x Michelin starred Chef Norbert Niederkofler’s food (I can’t wait). There’s also a chance I might be dining in the middle of the Indian Ocean at the end of the month, but let’s keep our fingers crossed, shall we?
