My Top Dishes of December 2016.

Honestly, a great end to the year!  And in case you missed it, I posted my top dishes for 2016 earlier in the week.

In no particular order, I enjoyed:

  1. Salmon Rostizado from Mayta
  2. Peking Duck from Dragonfly by Tim Raue
  3. Wasabi Langoustine from Dragonfly by Tim Raue

Bonus points for the feast my friends created for Christmas Day, including the divine AmStur caviar we sampled.  And the Flounder, Aji Style at Aji was very close to making the list!

Looking ahead, I’ve already got four restaurants lined up for 2017 — so I think January is going to start off with a bang!

What were your favorite dishes this month?
