Can I let you in on a secret? In the ten years or so I’ve lived in the region, I’ve never actually been inside the Ritz Carlton DIFC. Even when I was living across SZR and walking to the Gate Village, I never once stepped inside the sophisticated property. Fortunately, this oversight was remedied with an invitation for lunch at the recently opened Le Cirque last week (replacing the former terrace bar No. 5).
