There was a lot of food this month, encompassing many chefs and kitchens, so, I had to really think hard about what I enjoyed the most in Australia -- what I would travel long distances for and what I will remember when I think back about our vacation, and what I would recommend people to enjoy when they visit. While local Zahira put up a good fight, I feel the above list stands.  Looking ahead to July, my sister is visiting Dubai in two weeks and there's lots of places I want to explore while she's in town.  We've also got plans to go to Amsterdam, so I know there will be plenty of great food ahead.
