We dined at Out of the Blue for lunch both days (consisting of an international menu, including a build your own salad bar, and a variety of cheeses).\u00a0 The venue is represented by a number of different cuisines and techniques, including a Tandoor Over,\u00a0<\/span>Robata Grill, and Josper Grill.\u00a0 There’s also\u00a0So Chilled, a room dedicated to sweets, and So Fresh: The first overwater organic greenhouse in the Maldives.\u00a0 While lunch wasn’t a particular high point (we found the food to be quite basic and limited in range, and the servers seemed to want to mix up our drinks, even in a relatively empty dining room), dinner from the modern Japanese kitchen was an absolute delight.\u00a0 The five-course set menu featured plenty of delicious seafood, generous main portions, and beautifully plated sushi.\u00a0 We enjoyed a bottle of Sauvignon Blanc from the wine cellar, which is stocked with varietals from around the world, including magnums.<\/p>\n The large outlet also contains a private dining room for ‘Once Upon a Table’ experiences (where you may catch a visiting celebrated chef), and a\u00a0truly memorable toilet.\u00a0 Yes, really.<\/p>\n Depending on how long your stay at Soneva Fushi is, make plans for an afternoon or dinner at Out of the Blue, one of the lovely venues at the property.<\/p>\n A to Za’atar was a guest of Soneva Fushi.\u00a0 Opinions are my own, just ask my husband.<\/em><\/p>\n![\"Soneva](\"https:\/\/atozaatar.com\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/7583675568_IMG_0739-682x1024.jpg\")
