Wow wow wow! \u00a0What a month. \u00a0I’m not even sure really where to get started, but I’ll try my best (especially since I am epically behind on posting coverage of my trip to Thailand). In a month full of insane competition, but in no particular order: Egg Yolk Tart, by Chef Julien Royer (of Odette, #34 on Asia’s Top 50 Restaurants) Spatzle, at S\u00fchring (#13 on Asia’s Top 50 Restaurants) Kradook Moo Aob, at Issaya (#21 on Asia’s Top 50 Restaurants) Don’t get me wrong, my UAE meals were perfectly nice in February (shout out to the Lobster Mac & Cheese at the Copper Lobster), but there is something about world’s best plates\u00a0I really enjoyed and aren’t on offer in the Emirates. \u00a0There’s still plenty to share from my week in Bangkok (and I might be jumping the gun as I will be going to Lima this evening), but I’ll…<\/p>\n
