Honorable mentions: Barley risotto at Ruya,\u00a0Frozen red curry with litchi & lobster (also by Chef Henrik), and the entire team at Lucky Voice<\/a> for being awesome. Without further adieu, here were my favorite dishes in January: Wagyu filet, Graze. \u00a0Guys, I’m pretty sure I’m not going to have the chance to eat a Grade 8 steak for the rest of the year and I don’t even care. \u00a0Honestly, the entire meal was such a fantastic way to start the year and I hope you’ve made plans to visit this amazing restaurant. 99% Lump Crab Cake, Butcher and Still. \u00a0While the steak was nearly as good as the one at Graze, it was the starter that stole the day.
