I wish I had more weeks like this one! A very festive book club, speaking at the closing AD Culinary Season event, and LOTS of deliveries.\u00a0 I’ve had a generous group of restaurants gift me plenty of yummy foodie presents this week — let’s just say that Hubs’ office has been getting non-stop confectionary.\u00a0 We also decided on taking on a foster cat for the holiday period.\u00a0 We’ve named her Lulu, and she’s had a tough life but she hasn’t let it slow her down.<\/p>\n
This weekend we’re going to see the new Star Wars (even though I’ve already read all the spoilers, and know I’m going to hate it, thanks for nothing JJ).\u00a0 We’re also going to try breakfast with Chef Reif on Saturday.\u00a0 As I’m also now (officially) 3 months shy of my 40th birthday, I don’t want to go too crazy during the holidays, so exercise will continue to be key!<\/p>\n
