Matto is a place that arrived preloaded with a reputation of sorts.  Thus far, trustworthy diners seem engaged with the servers, food, and overall ambiance of the restaurant (really, who doesn’t love a giant mural of a man kissing a fish?).  Thus, when an invite to check out the lunch menu came across my desk, I was happy to accept.  After all, who doesn’t love carbs?
