Wow, January has been an extremely busy month (no complaints here)!  If things keep going like this, I think 2017 is going to be amazing (minus that whole orange despot being in charge of my home country thing…). Without further adieu, here were my favorite dishes in January: Wagyu filet, Graze.  Guys, I’m pretty sure I’m not going to have the chance to eat a Grade 8 steak for the rest of the year and I don’t even care.  Honestly, the entire meal was such a fantastic way to start the year and I hope you’ve made plans to visit this amazing restaurant. 99% Lump Crab Cake, Butcher and Still.  While the steak was nearly as good as the one at Graze, it was the starter that stole the day.
