Apologies for my delay — I think you know I’ve been busy transiting through the Maldives. 😉 Well, I don’t think anything was going to live up to March, but April did have some fun treats thrown in. Knowing my May and June were going to be super busy, I took a less active approach to dining out this month, and I’m okay with that. Beetroot gnocchi (from Chef Norbert Niederkofer visiting Emirates Palace, with kudos to the Milk & Honey dessert I’m still dreaming of). Riso Ferron gamberi e agrumi from Quattro Passi at the Viceroy Palm Jumeirah. Gaucho’s Hot salted dulce de leche (part of the Malbec dinner I attended). What were your favorite meals this month? Anything I should try next month?
